Masturbation has been a major problem that may youth face today and if they are not guided well they will end up damaging their future, have low sperm count, infertility and many other. Hmm all hope is not lost, u can still stop and leave a great life for God and obey the rules of fertility.
Its has truly eaten deep into the entire world at large due to the availability of porn on our street and homes, many home videos now show stuff that cause people too many stuff.
The question is do you really thing you can stop it..? Do you really think its killing you..?  Do you really think you are disturbing you future..?

Now let me just quickly outline ways that you can save your head and that of your children and even the embracement from you wife and in-laws

1.First believe in yourself: do you really think you can really do it, do you even think you have all it takes to stop this plague, if you must save your head then you must believe in yourself... C'mon what are you thinking..? You can do anything you want yes you can, just try. You need to try it this last time and we all believe in you I mean ur children

2.Quit using the INTERNET: really the internet was a gift to us but we left it out to the devil and his agent to soil it with stuff that can cause us problem in future and even now. Its even now free to air, we see it on Facebook and even nude pictures pop out on our screen without our invitation.
